We want you to love your Broadway World Store fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that final sale items and opening night exclusives are not eligible for return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided and secure it to your original packaging.
Ship Your Package
Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original Broadway World tags are still attached to the garments.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
